These are photos of my now 6 month old daughter taken during the postpartum blur of her first week. I've had them sitting on my card all this time waiting to be edited and I finally did it. It was fun to be reminded of how very little she was. And how pointy her ears were! :-) New babies are so very precious and they change lightning fast. I'm glad I have photos of her when she was so new.

Baby Miriam

This is the reason why I haven't been photographing other people's families much the past few months. I gave birth to this darling girl in June which means she just turned four months old. We braved the chilly air and took these photos today, and I am in love! In love with these pics on the walk by the side of our house. In love with the little hand knit bonnet Miriam's wearing. And mostly in love with the baby herself!

I just finished editing what may be my last session here in North Carolina. Even if I do manage to squeeze in another one, it won't be edited until after our move to Utah. I'm going to miss UNC's beautiful campus. It makes for some great photos!
